HIIT the Barre is a 5 week workout combining the toning benefits of a great barre workout, with the cardio benefits of high intensity interval training. The workouts are only 30 minutes long plus your warm-up and stretch. This is nothing! So let’s commit to do this together and before you know it, you’ll will be stronger, leaner and more flexible!

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. HIIT the Barre marries the amazing toning moves of barre with the cardio impact of HIIT. You will get a total body workout with hardly any equipment. All you need is a mat and a chair or other sturdy piece of furniture to hold on to!


Each workout or HIIT the Barre “Round” is only 30 minutes but you will be sweaty and exhausted by the end of those 30 minutes. Each workout will include six barre toning moves and three HIIT moves. These toning moves are going to help shape your body by building lean muscle mass and carving out gorgeous muscular curves. The mat rounds will build an incredibly strong core that will help you achieve your flat stomach goals. The HIIT moves will help build your cardiovascular endurance, blast calories, melt away fat and increase your resting metabolic rate. Not only that you will have great posture, improve your flexibility and look and feel great!
